Pause Long Beach

Pause is absolutely amazing and beautiful! I had the CONTRAST 60 and LED Light Bed, and I’m already feeling the benefits. The space is spotless, calm, and relaxing — everything was amazing!

Found this spot here on yelp had good reviews I needed to cut 4lbs for weigh ins and honestly did not want to do it at a local gym or using sauna suit and running so came here and honestly glad I did! Staff was professional and just the whole vibe was relaxed! Was able to cut the 4 lbs of water weight and next day came back with the wife for cyro therapy for part of my recovery and it was great experience again! They do give a first time customer discount so check them out! They offer drip therapy too will be back soon for sure!!

Very good experience for my first time here! Very clean and professional business. Prices are awesome and staff is super friendly and helpful along with knowledgeable. Walked in for a cryotherapy session and left feeling great. Big thank you to all the staff for making this experience quick and enjoyable. I recommend everyone check them out!
