I previously used another organization to handle my bug issues and the experience with the previous people were so appalling. I decided to call Orkin since I started with Orkin William has been professional, very thorough and very considerate to my needs and my so-called phobias with bugs extremely pleased with the service that I have with Orkin now and I will continue with him to my new home and for future needs as well. Ricardo from Orkin provided me service that GREATLY EXCEEDED my expectations!!! I had a morning appointment scheduled and he called me the night before to set the time he would arrive. Ricardo arrived promptly in the morning as planned. He assessed my situation and explained to me the treatment approach he recommended. He told me what I should expect and said he would return in three days to check the traps. Ricardo was punctual, personable and professional. I could not be more pleased with the service he provided.
