Came in from San Diego to visit my son and needed my nails done. Thought I'd take a chance and try them. Amazing! Super kind! Professional! And talented! Love them more than my regular! Highly recommended! Nancy did my nails, Lena did my toes! Both are kind and did an excellent job!
Great customer service even better gel manicure. This was my 2nd visit. I waited to make my review so I could gauge the durability. During the appointment everyone was very friendly, they did a very detailed job on my cuticles, and I love the scrub and lotion at the end. After 3 weeks, I had no chips and no cracks. This is almost impossible with how I treat my nails, but they made it happen. I will be back again and again!
Update: Mary reached out after a week and had me come back the following week to fix. I brought a picture as well, just to have more clarity. She was able to remove and lash mostly as I had originally requested. I was grateful that I didn't have the long, heavy, think, curled lashes on anymore--so I appreciated that it was more aligned with what my friends lashes were, the pic an what I wanted.
Not every company/technician would do this; and Mary did. What I appreciated most though, was that she did it, still being kind and attentive. At least to me, lol. She did share the story--in Vietnamese--with a co-worker that had stepped in the room. That's fine :)
