It has taken me 6 months to leave this review because I feel it is the most important and sincerest review I will ever leave. When you lose someone so special, like my Mother, you are left making final decisions that maybe you haven’t prepared yourself for. I hadn’t realized that when I would lay my head down the night of her passing that the thought of where she was at that moment would come over me. The most comforting and peaceful feeling came when I knew she was in the care room at McKenzie’s with Bridget and her team looking after her. When we were faced with planning a funeral for my sister after her sudden unexpected death, we were a bit overwhelmed. I don't live in the area and I was so grateful that my sister's attorney and friend referred us to McKenzie Mortuary Services. Ken McKenzie and everyone there at the mortuary were so helpful. They made everything so easy and smooth. Dealing with a loss like this is difficult and I truly feel that they cared for my sister as they would one of their own- and that means the world to me
