Perfect way to start a birthday weekend. The entire staff was so sweet with great energy and hospitality! The environment at Massage Envy was calm and clean. I received an hour full body massage from Ashley who was so vibrant and gave the perfect amount of pressure. Highly recommend!

I just got a microderm treatment. I would probably give the service 4-5 stars because she was nice and the service was ok, but the amount of time for the service gets a 2-3 star. The app/website literally says 60 min. My treatment was literally 28 min. I couldn't believe it. I was on the table one minute and then she said we're done. When i left and turned my phone back on, it was less than 30 min. That's all fine but i believe this treatment uses up 2 credits. I could accept that for a 60 min session and being it's more involved with the machine and all, but 30 min? I really want one of my sessions back. And I will never do the treatment again. Next week I will be having my first service at this location. Today I was helped by Monet is determining who my therapist would be and my available options. She was extremely personable and helpful. All my questions were answered/clarified in detail which I appreciated. One of the reasons I stopped in today specifically is because Ana, who was also working in front, smiled so pleasantly at me when I walked by on my way to the market. It just shows it truly the little things that make an impact.
