About Magnolia Nail Spa

Magnolia Nail Spa has experienced a rough transition under new ownership. Prices have increased, and the salon has undergone several changes, leading to a decline in customer loyalty. However, the salon is working to improve, and some customers have reported positive experiences. The staff can be inconsistent, with some being attentive and skilled, while others may be careless or lack pride in their work. Prices are reasonable, and the quality of work has been praised by some customers. The salon offers amenities like water and snacks, and some staff members have been praised for their friendly and patient service. Customers have noted that the staff is friendly, and the staff is knowledgeable about the latest nail trends. The salon is located next to food options and Home Depot, making it convenient for visitors. Despite past issues, many clients appreciate the kind service and quality work, especially on pedicures, manicures, and men's haircuts. With ongoing efforts to improve, Magnolia Nail Spa has the potential to regain its reputation as a popular destination for nail care.

Had a pedicure courtesy of a gift card. It had an expiration date of six months (which I honored.) They told me the shop had changed hands, since the gift card was purchased and the previous owner kept any money from previous gift card sales.
(I felt badly for them being taken advantage of.) However they did honor the gift card, were very kind and courteous and did a great job on my pedicure ! I will definitely go here again.

A new owner has taken over Magnolia Nail Salon. It has been a rough transition. I had to go there since the old phone number was disconnected. Prices had risen. Everything has been changed around several times since the new owner took over. Many customers stopped going since it was difficult to make an appointment with an unknown new phone number, higher prices, and an unorganized scheduling. Many times the employees were just doing nothing. Then the salon was closed on Sundays. It may open again on Sundays in March. Many employees were fired since there was not enough clients. Now business is better. I was given a small discount, but the new manicurist was careless and cut me four times during my gel manicure. The bottle of my favorite color was dried up and there was no backup bottle. The color palette for that type of gel was also missing. I hope this place can get their act together or I will be going to a new salon.
