My first experiences at Magella were back in 2019/20 when I was pregnant with my first born. I went in for the NT scan and anatomy scan -- both experiences were positive ones. This year I am back with my current pregnancy. I went in for my NT scan and Brittany (not sure of the actual spelling) was so kind and thorough with the ultrasound. My wait time for that appointment was minimal so I have no complaints whatsoever. I also had a consult with a MFM specialist and my doctor was Dr. Simon who is absolutely wonderful! I arrive about 5 minutes before my appointment time and was called in within 10 minutes. Dr. Simon was very thorough in making sure she understood my medical/pregnancy history and ensured that all of the testing I would need had been done already -- had it not been, she would have ordered for whatever testing was necessary. Overall, I am very pleased with the care and service I have received from the medical professionals at Magella! :)
Was referred to them by my OB for an ultrasound and was a little nervous for my appointment after reading the reviews. Scheduling is awful, and I got hung up on multiple times. My actual appointment however, was great! The sonographer Ashley was super kind and so was Dr. Chan! He has great energy and explained everything perfectly. I did not have to wait long and was seen exactly at my appointment time.
I have no complaints with any of the techs but I hate how you are not allowed to have your phone open to record. They don't any print out either they are sent to you via email 24hr after your appointment. The videos clips you can watch are boomerang style no longer than 3 seconds. The link expires quickly and it ruins the beauty of memorializing your pregnancy milestones and seeing your baby.
