When I called to make an appointment I received an outgoing message, even if it was mid-day, because they were busy with clients. I did not leave a message however I received an incoming text with a point of contact and instructions on how to make an appointment. I'm really busy so I appreciated the follow-up text. My 3rd time coming here. Love it so so so so much. The girls are always so kind and welcoming. I brought my sister with me this time and it was such a quick and easy process. Recommend 100% to anyone and everyone!!!!! :)
