I’ve been coming to Kavala Wellness and getting pampered with the owner for a few years now and it is wonderful! She truly makes everything beautiful in her spa..makes her own products, and has a wonderful soothing energy. I enjoy my body scrubs every month and my skin is nourished and happy. I have been to Kevala several times and my journey started because I was googling Ayurveda after talking to one of my Yoga instructors. Sanja creates a space that is warm and welcoming. You feel like you’re home. I’ve participated in pop up events, enjoyed massages, reiki healing, and tried yoni steaming for the first time. Every time is new and every practitioner has been kind and warm to me. I’ve learned a lot about what my body and mind needs. Their community is open and accepting to everyone, and I enjoy going to the pop up events to meet more people. I highly recommend wellness sessions at Kevala! My first experience and won't be my last. I loved the store front with lovely products to purchase, and the relaxing sitting area, while you wait. My massage with Socorro included cupping and lymphatic work. I am so glad I decided to go with that, instead of just a regular massage. My body definitely needed the extra TLC! And Socorro is simply amazing. A gifted healer. I could feel my energy shift after the session. I can't wait to return.
