Was diagnosed with degenerate disc disease and recommended to start going to chiropractor as well as physical therapy. Found Dr Grasmeyer on yelp and have been going for about 8 months now. Am very pleased with his care. When it seemed I couldn't get help from anyone else he was there to coach me through it and give advice. The stretches he's given me have far surpassed the ones given by physical therapist. He explains everything in a way that is easy to understand and shows he really cares. He's very effective and listens to your problems and offers solutions. He gave me stretches to do at home and adjusted my back in his office. I feel nimble and pain free.
