Perfect little golden nugget finding this place.Had Lesli for my first class, she was great! Had three more classes with Mc who is absolutely sensational I haven’t been in Yoga for over four years and this was a great welcome back to the practice. Thank you guys so much for letting me do my thing the way I like to do it. This is now my new yoga studio. Thank you Mc for gently introducing me back into the practice. I have a crazy schedule so the next time I will see you all will be in three weeks but I will be back for sure. Congratulations with your school and practice.Tim

I recently participated in Reiki Master Lesley Manleys “Reiki Attunement”. I can’t verbalize it properly but what an experience! I have felt and indescribable sense of calm since the experience and look forward to continuing sessions with Lesley! Check it out. You won’t be disappointed. Namaste. ????♀️

I had back pain between my shoulders for a year and couldn't straighten my back. Bought all kinds of nice chairs, got physical therapy. Non of it worked. One weak of Yoga here and the pain is gone. The special is 40 dollars for a whole month! I've probably spent many hundreds on other failed solutions. This is the best money I've ever spent on myself by FAR.
