“We hired Harding in 2023 to design and build a Spanish-style ADU behind our 1920’s home. We tore down our old garage because we needed work-from-home office space, a guest house for visiting family, and an indoor-outdoor bonus room.
It needed to match the character of our home, but also reflect our style and the way we live. The ADU has vaulted ceilings, Spanish inlay tile, polished concrete floors, custom storage, and new awnings. Big triple sliders and a bi-fold window open it to the outdoors.
Their team and subcontractors were helpful and respectful throughout the design and construction. While any project like this can cost more or take longer than you initially hope, once we had a budget nailed down Wes's team was able to stick close to it and we discussed any changes. Where one subcontractor billed extra unexpectedly, he covered the overage on labor between him and the sub.
I'm a picky client and did some of the design work and finish work myself, but Harding's style allows for that if you want it. I've recommended Harding to others since, and would consider him for other projects again myself.”
