Unbelievable setting, beautiful energy and healing experience. Came with four girlfriends for breath work, cold plunge and sauna. We all had an emotional release and sense of revitalization. Thank you for sharing this space with our community.
Reed and Vanessa were great. I enjoyed the beautiful facility and the attention given during our breathwork. It's a great place to try to a cold plunge and I loved running to the infrared sauna after the pool. Please go and check them out.
Beautiful place to come relax, practice and recover. It had the feel of a secret sanctuary and mystical garden. Reed and Vanessa are wonderful hosts. They made my partner and I feel right at home and their guidance had us feeling confident about the challenges of cold plunging. Afterwards I felt energized and relaxed. Now 2 days later I am still reaping the benefits and have already planned my second visit! Thank you Human Aeon!
