I have gone to Heather for various issues with my body due to the hard work I do. I use and abuse my body which in turn creates some serious maintenance needs. I have gone to various places for my body maintenance throughout my life but never felt a dramatic difference until I had Heather work on me. My mobility increased tremendously and I do not have issues such as stiff neck anymore thanks to her. Every time I have had an issue she finds the problem and solves it. She is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the human body and will have you feeling 10 years younger if you give her the time. I've known Heather for a few years now and I'm happy to say she is amazing!!! Her knowledge of the human body anatomy comes in handy when she gives a massage and always seems to know exactly what to do, what kind of pressure to apply and movement needed. It always amazes me how she senses your pain and discomfort just by massaging and working through a certain area. She is very friendly and attentive in working out tough tension spots and is always willing to give recommendations to prevent further injury. I always get a deep tissue massage and to me she is worth every penny!
