I called booked a 1 hr massage. when I arrived they told me they can only do 30 min. door bell kept ringing. phone kept ringing. Masseuse (Tina) kept leaving the room to answer. I complained that I am not really getting half the time of the massage. hate to admit but she did make it up for the time lost by extending the massage. Charged extra fee for using card, pretty standard. Charged another fee for adding the tip. when I added 25% even though I wasn't happy. which is a pretty shitty move.

Horrible service. Rude receptionist. Massage was weak, felt like someone was just rubbing my body. They make you tip before the service too at 22% and they could only take me in for 30 min.

Older Asian lady asked me to pay before my massage, which makes sense. However, she also asked how much to tip, so I said $5. Her reply was no I cannot give you massage... honestly did not know how much to tip so I asked her what would be a good amount, she replied $15 tip. So if I do my math it's $40 a 30 minute massage plus card fee $2.50 and a $15 tip. So for a 30 minute massage I was going to pay about $58 lol. I left and I am never coming back again.. I am writing this for anyone else who might go through this..
