Great team great coaches. They have a great toddlers/kids program for bjj and mma. For Future fighters I highly recommend this place. Been with these guys almost 4YRS driving all the way from Carson.

This place and the coaches are absolutely amazing. I finished my 42 day quarantine challenge online successfully even with physical challenges of my own which they accommodated me so I can feel and be part of the class. I was able to lose 26 inches total-the results are real. I will continue to work on my body which is something i have not done. I had more energy, stamina, confidence, positive attitude to seek changes in my body that I have never put first because I always put my work and others first before myself. I was given the tools to help my eating and exercise habits which I was given recipes and part of support group to help me change positively my mind, body, and soul. I was supported by Coach Natasha daily and she motivated me every step of the way. Overall, I am happy with this gym online and will definitely recommend this to those that think they can’t do it believe in yourself and believe in Fight solution staff and you too will see the changes in your body.
