I been using them since I was 18 but this year I went to and got tax return fast, but when I deposit the check in my account, it froze it and they doing nothing to help me verify the check so I can’t get my account get nothing out I have to borrow money from people to pay my rent and my bank said they going to close my account for something I didn’t do now I can’t talk to him about this problem so now I going to call the police Report him for what he did to me I never going back to him after this and no go back to him he doing something to people check

I was called recently at 10:30pm - 11pm by Micheal. He had just a few days prior notified me of payment needed on an invoice. Instead of handling it like a professional the guy called me drunk , screaming , cussing , and crying well past any reasonable business hours.He proceeded to discuss other clients financials , payments, lack of payments etc. Which is absolutely none of my business and violates any sort of privacy , or confidentially.Needless to say I will never be returning to this service and I will recommend anyone I know to do the same. If you want to deal with a sane, respectful, professional individual, you will not find that here and I suggest you look elsewhere.
