I saw Dr. Tran because I had a very irritating rash after surgery from two weeks ago. I was pretty anxious but her energy, friendliness, and obvious expertise relieved me greatly. We arrived around 9 a.m. on Saturday and were home by 10 a.m. Such a great experience. Everyone was very nice. Checking in was easy. My son and daughter-in-law had been there before for various things, and spoke highly of them. I recommend them wholeheartedly.
My child's ear was still aching after having taken him to his primary care physician. UrgentMed is what I found on yelp and for a weekend they're open till 8pm the receptionist showed me the ease of checking in was simple by scanning a QR code and filling out the rest on my smartphone. As for daisy who checked my son's vitals thank you. My son was seen by Joann she was very attentive and concerned with my child's well being.I know some days are better than others and this day beat my expectations compared to the ER. They’re the best urgent care ever, I really recommend everyone who needs to come here, I went to a different urgent care, gave me the wrong cream and medication for my condition I was going through, please be very careful who treats your emergency needs health wise. Exer Urgent Care you’re the best.
