Mario just installed a new Pentair Intelliflo3 VSF 3 HP pump for my koi pond, and the entire process was outstanding from start to finish. He took the time to explain all of my options, discussed the pros and cons of different pump sizes, and clearly outlined how he planned to do the installation.
I was admittedly a bit indecisive about which pump to choose, and Mario was incredibly patient, never rushing me or making me feel pressured. His knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail really stood out.
