The front desk staff are known for their kind and efficient service, quickly getting patients in for their appointments. Patients who have seen Dr. Allen have been particularly impressed with his exceptional medical skills and communication. He listens attentively, provides thorough explanations, and works closely with patients to address their concerns and educate them on prevention. Visitors consistently report feeling heard, cared for, and better informed about their health after their visits. Despite some low ratings, many patients have had overwhelmingly positive experiences at this urgent care clinic and are grateful for the high-quality care they received from the dedicated team.
Telecare. No point coming in if you're trying to see a doctor face to face. Further, impossible to call out get ahold of. Had an issue with prescription and called multiple times in order to check on it. No answer regardless of the multiple times called and no room on any of their directories in order to leave a message. Would not recommend.
This office needs to do a better job of educating their staff on Medi-Cal. Was told I needed to pay $100 because supposedly my daughter had a share of cost. I am fully aware of the SOC that I have but if you look at the aid code chart from DHCS themselves, it shows she has full-scope. So they would've charged me for no reason. I almost stayed because it was my last resort as her primary doctor was not available today. Will not be back unfortunately. The receptionist was very kind and welcoming just frustrating when staff isn't knowledgeable.
This urgent care office is seriously so great. The front desk ladies treated me kindly and got me in quickly. I was lucky enough to see Dr. Allen in person and man, what a blessing it turned out to be. He is such an excellent doctor. He listened to me and taught me more about the issue I came in for and on prevention. I didn’t feel rushed, I felt heard, and I felt better about my situation. I am so grateful to him and his team.
