However, some concerns are raised about the office management, particularly the long wait times, often exceeding an hour despite scheduled appointments, which many find disrespectful of patients' time. Overall, while the medical care and staff are highly valued, the office's organization and punctuality could be improved.
Dr Kim did my hip surgery. He was so professional and thorough. I called him with questions several times after surgery and he responded immediately with instructions. His office staff is very kind. My surgery was a success and I believe it was due to the care of this team.
Originally had favorable experience after receiving steroid injections for trigger finger. When called and wrote to see about scheduling release surgery, phone messages and a letter we're not returned or answered. Only directions given on answering machine are given for Torrance location. No forwarding of my phone call to Torrance number or any word if they've moved. I'm assuming they have.
Dr. Kim is a great ortho so my issue is not with him, but with the way the office is ran. They are never on time, so the wait times are ridiculous. It's disrespectful to peoples time. Why bother to give people an appointment if you know you are going to make them wait more than an hour after their scheduled appointment, or longer. BEYOND ANNOYING!
