I was referred to Dr. Christina’s (PCP) Office hoping to get better medical care. It only took two visits for me to realize the incompetency of her staff. I have been diagnosed with GERD for several years in which I require a specialist in that area. I also have a condition call Chiari Malformation. Chiari Malformation is a malformation of the Cerebellum. It’s where the stem of the brain presses against the spinal cord causing a great deal of pain and pressure which results in severe headaches along with muscle weakness and other symptoms. Terrible experience! From the office manager making comments about me in Cambodian thinking I wouldn’t understand - I did, to the two receptionist talking down about me because of my insurance provider - saying it’s a really bad provider and they’re trying to phase it out because it was so messy, to the doctor who couldn’t be bothered to listen to me without interrupting me.
In the end I was told to find another doctor, and two specialist since she couldn’t see anything wrong and she works in preventative care only. There wasn’t even a single work up, evaluation or anything else to determine what could be wrong.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lee for almost a year. I have had the most amazing visits. The office staff is second to none. This the best Doctor I have ever seen in my life of 60 years.
