Paid $150 only roots. 3 guys showed. They covered deep Roots and said done. I asked to dig more for the roots. They said they do not have ax. Supplied ax. Then 1/4 roots came. I do not think they took all the roots. Just used machine , no more deeper. Job less than one hour. Very unprofessional attitude.
I have used Discount Tree Care Arborist twice over the past two years. I found their rate reasonable, and the work was
terrific. I have a huge eucalyptus tree & was afraid of branches falling on my neighbor's patio. The employee climbed the tree to prune it perfectly. They also pruned another tree, topped the bushes along the back wall & artfully trimmed my trumpet vines. I highly recommend them. The employees are friendly & they clean everything up before leaving. .
Tree fell during the night, called Discount Tree early on a Saturday, they came within the hour as promised, assessed the situation, gave a quote, which was detailed and competitive, they were ready and got to work! A very stressful situation, but the team of guys worked out the solution and within 2 hours - the tree was removed! Clean up and attention to detail phenomenal. Highly recommend!!
