Colleena was my stylist for the second time. The first time was amazing my lashes were perfectly light and very natural the same length as mine. A little over 100.00's The second time she did not disappoint although she was going to do the samething just somewhat thicker the last time we spoke and were very clear on what I wanted. I came out looking beautiful but not so natural for 250.00 not counting tip ( oh yes 5.00 discount for yelp review) needless to say I almost hit the floor. I wanted to come on here to write an update. After posting this review, Nyha, one of the managers, reached out to me. Nyha informed me that Deka Lash guarantees its lashes. Nyha was able to schedule me for a complimentary lash service. So far, this experience has been far better than last time. I received my complimentary service on Saturday and, as of today (Tuesday), most of my lashes are still on.
