I had a bad experience at another salon. Dawn was recommended to me by a friend. She was so kind and genuinely cared. Your hair is important it changes the way you look and most importantly how you feel. She is an expert and when I sit in her chair I know she wants me to feel comfortable. I love to talk with her and we have become very close friends. I call her my hairapist. I love When I ask for a trim that is exactly what I get. My color is always perfect. She knows what looks good on me and I trust her and have asked her time and again what she thinks and I'm always happy that I listened to her suggestion. I have extensions and absolutely love them! I purchased a Groupon for Dawn's salon, listing Jamie's phone number. They have since closed the store and the groupon is not being honored by either, nor will they contact Groupon and advise them of this. What an absolute rip off!!!
