I do not like to write only negative reviews, but I had to write this one.

I dropped my clothes off 3 weeks ago without reading the reviews.

The day I walked in, I had 9 collard shirts, two jerseys and a suede jacket. The price would have been $200+. I asked her how much the shirts would be and they were $8 each. That seems excessive to me so I decided to pull out the shirts and just do the two jerseys, a nice shirt and the jacket (it would be sent out to be cleaned). the total was $116 with $50 being the jacket. I was reading the other review from Elana Fried and I just had to comment. I have been coming to this cleaners for 4 years now and every time I come I am greeted and welcomed with a hello and smile by the owner. Also, I bring usually 5-12 or more pieces between every week to every 2 weeks and I have never had a problem. My clothes are ready when the owner says they will be. I even had several clothes that had been in storage for years where they were really dusty and dirty and she worked wonders on them and they looked and smelled fresh.

I give them a 5 star because in this day and age rarely can you get great service.

I've been using this dry cleaner for around 10 years for pretty much everything (clothes, bedspreads, throws, leather purses, and rugs and alterations). Out of all that time of bi-weekly drop-offs, I've only had one item that I was dissatisfied with (so instead of minus one full star, volume wise should be minus one tip of a star). I'm shocked at the comments of rude staff, the owner has been very nice and very helpful to me.
