Charles is amazing! Service was spectacular! We are original owners of a 22 year old condo. The builder (William Lyon) used all of the cheapest quality appliances, heating and Air, etc. when these units were built! Charles was willing to take a look at what we had going on. He identified the issue, talked with others and came back with a solution that did not require a whole new system! Work was impeccable! He let me know if timing or anything changed along the way! Highly recommend Charles and his company!! Thank you Charles and team!!!

Charles was very professional and explained everything that I needed to know. He even called my niece for a second opinion to make sure everything was on the up and up. He came out to access the heater and by the next morning he was here with his crew to install the new heater. He made sure I understood how to use it and explained the warranty process, etc. I would use CJ Air again and would recommend him to anyone needing his service. Without any delay, they promptly scheduled an appointment for me.On the agreed-upon day, the technician arrived promptly and was incredibly professional. He thoroughly examined my AC system and quickly identified the issue. He explained the problem to me in a way that was easy to understand, and he offered a range of solutions tailored to my budget and needs.The entire installation process took less time than I had anticipated.
