I had a great experience at this location. The appointment was scheduled quickly with no long wait, the staff was friendly and professional, and the doctor was thorough and kind. As a veteran going through the VA disability claims process, it means a lot to be treated with respect and taken seriously. The doctor here properly evaluated my condition and I received a fair rating. I would highly recommend this location to any veteran needing a C&P exam. Thank you for making a stressful process so much easier!
Was very pleased with the staff and Dr. that my husband saw for his VA claim. Very knowledgeable, helpful and great care!!! Don't pay attention to the negativie reviews, they were so nice and helpful! Dr. Sasanka abd hus crew were great, thank you kindly!!!!
This will be the third time I've been seen by QTC in Long Beach CA and I have no complaints, the staff is friendly and courteous, my appointment was set up nicely, and I can't understand why there are so many 1 star reviews. My friend has had 2 exams there as well and was completely satisfied. Perhaps it's the location of the different clinics that people are experiencing but the one in Long Beach CA, Cherry medical clinic was nice.
