I've been working with Greg for the last 5+ years for our association's taxes. Last year, Greg notified me that he was retiring and Matt was going to take over and help his clients. Matt is extremely unprofessional, unresponsive (I have left him two voicemails and two emails) without any response. What a shame that he's ruining all the hard work that Greg has built up. I am happy to find a new accountant as I wouldn't trust Matt with any of our finances if he can't even return a simple phone call or email.
