I brought them a beautiful colorful vintage tablecloth for dry cleaning. I didn't want to wash it myself as I was afraid the vibrant colors would fade as I explained. When I picked it up, my worst fears as it was completely faded. She told me it had been put it in the washing machine. Wait a minute what? She said "sorry here's your bill" ~

This is one of the best dry cleaners I have ever utilized. We have designer clothing (D&G, Tom Ford, Prada, etc.) along with custom made business suits and dress shirts ... they take the most amazing care of every piece of clothing. We also have other basic shirts and street clothes ... so they do it all!! We have been utilizing their services for many years and not one issue or one item missing ... ever! That along with an outstanding team of ladies and gentlemen supporting the store ... and they know us by name. So, if you are looking for a rock star team, awesome service, great prices, and incredible quality then you need to search no more. You will be a regular customer in no time! I've been coming here for years, and was already happy with them, but they managed to exceed my expectations! I had to have a dress dry cleaned for an out of town wedding leaving only two days to have it cleaned. I checked their operating hours and realized I only had 10 minutes to get there. In a panic, I called ahead and asked them not to close until I got there. Oscar told me not to worry that he would wait for me. Wow! that was so kind! They deserve another star for that level of customer service.
