This is not a medspa with a gaggle of 20 year olds “evaluating” your treatment needs or an assembly line of treatment providers who are trying to get you in and out as fast as possible. Caroline is amazing. I’ve had several different facial treatments and she always communicates the process and checks in with me to go over the results. I’ve called for last minute appointments and she always goes above and beyond to accommodate me.
She makes you feel comfortable and confident because she is a caring, genuine person and she’s good at what she does. I have never had anything but amazing results.
