This is my first time undergoing this treatment. Paula is by far the best first experience I could ask for. Not only is she extremely understanding and easy to talk to she explained the process to me and is so considerate of the LGBTQIA+ community. Getting any type of treatment can be scary and she has made sure to welcome me. The vibe is right I highly recommend her services.
I will first start out by saying as one to whom has done electrolysis before, that it is impossible to please everyone everywhere and every time! Paula is a smart intelligent sweet person who just wants to do the work she has not only trained for but has worked in the field of for several decades. As she and I have talked and discussed within the several sessions, she is honest, direct, straight forward and sincere in her approach and dissent! I have been with a few Electrologist and although good at their professions, were never as personable as Paula! I have been going to Paula for about a year now. She has cleared some very sensitive and painful areas that I cannot reach/see to do myself and I have not been able to let anyone else work on. Paula is kind, sweet, easy to work with. She gets hair cleared and does better electrology than I ever did. I have never experienced a better or higher skilled electrologist and that includes myself (I have over a decade of experience). Paula is an all-around wonderful person to work with, I highly recommend Paula if you want results.
