I am so grateful for Paula and the outstanding service she has provided. She has a heart of gold and I am always beyond satisfied with the work she does. I completely trust her and wouldn’t imagine going anywhere else. From the first time I met her, I felt comfortable and in good hands. Over the years, she has become a dear friend to me. Thank you Paula for everything, I appreciate you and how hard you work to bring happiness to others. You really are one of the best people I have ever met.

I have been coming to Paula for almost a year now, and as a black woman it has not been easy finding a service to cater to your needs! She is always on time! It is easy to set up an appointment with her! The electrolysis process itself is a bit painful but Paula will keep you laughing or will have you engaged in a conversation that will distract you! By far the kindest, pure hearted woman I’ve ever met. As a young entrepreneur myself I informed her about my business and she literally surprised and gifted me with something that helped my business tremendously! Extremely grateful!

I saw Paula for a year and a half to resolve some unwanted facial hairs. She is such a kind soul, and so honest about what electrolysis involves. I'm happily satisfied with the results and also the (lengthy) experience. Highly recommend!
