Ricardo and his crew were great to work with. He first provided free in-home quotation for repiping the entire house. His quote was fair and very competitive compared to other quotes I received from local companies. He worked with our city to obtain appropriate permits. He completed the project swiftly on a projected timeline. After the repiping, we noted leak underneath the kitchen sink. He sent his plumber to address this promptly and even had a water filter person change tubing in our reverse osmosis system which was leaking. He was present during final inspection. Trustworthy, reliable and professional. Great team! Our old house needed a clean out installed. They had to get down into the crawl space to cut the main drain line pipe to route a line for the clean out to be accessible from outside the house. This was the first time the pipes were snaked and what a difference it makes. Now we hear the drains suck down and slurp the last drops of water. Very happy with our experience.

We have used A1 twice in the past for planned repairs. They have always been courteous, reasonably priced, & done good work. Early this morning I had to call them for an emergency repair. Water was spraying everywhere from a hose in the top of my water heater. It was chaos & we couldn't get the water shut off. The knowledgeable woman on the phone not only dispatched a plumber to arrive in 30mins, she also gave helpful tips on what we could do until he got here. I liked A1 before today, but they exceeded my expectations this morning. I'm a customer for life now!
