I had called in an appointment for my mom the day before. The lady was friendly over the phone and told me to send her in. She wanted to get her hair done for my wedding. She got there a few minutes before the appointment, and the place was busy. She told them that her son had made her an appointment and they told her they would get to her. They kept taking care of other people and didn't honor the appointment. She waited over 1 hour to be seen. She was late for my wedding because of this. She liked the work they did, but they disappointed her by not honoring the appointment.

I've been several times and have been happy with my hair and the prices you can't beat. Just make sure to remind your gal what you want. Yes you're special but remind them anyway.
