Great old school service with a bunch of very hospitable ole timers working the office there. My truck broke down leaving death valley while hauling a travel trailer with no service. Turns out I blew a head gasket, hitchhiked to get service the had it towed to this shop. Owner let me keep my camper set up in his parking lot and even let me live there as long as I needed free of charge. Motor damage was done decided to go the route of getting a whole new motor installed along with all the other parts that go along with it. They told me it would be a 2-3 week job and I didn't wanna be stranded in in that town for that long, so they gave me a ride and hour and a half away… read full review

Against better judgement, I found myself with two sidewall punctures in a pretty remote corner of Death Valley. I called a handful of shops between Pahrump and Bishop, but none would tow off-road or had confidence in being able to find me. When I called Miller's towing, John knew exactly where I was, but warned me that it wouldn't be a cheap rescue due to the distance; I'd be charged by the hour. He wasn't kidding, my wallet was a lot lighter when we settled up in town. But, he got me and my inadequate car out of a tight spot in the desert, and I got 3 hours of great stories on the drive out (instead of the scolding I probably deserved!).
