I took my ABU's in here to get done last minute. The bottoms were great, but the ABU top got messed up. The owner worked out a solution with me promptly and was nice enough to offer to do my next set free of charge. She explained to me that someone else had helped her finish up my top. Also, the name tape program was brand new. So, if anything goes wrong she will be willing to work with you on the issue.
