Dr. Ekstrom and his staff were very accommodating. Their office is not like other doctors' offices. The office setting and staff is very inviting and warm. Dr. Ekstrom takes more than enough time to sit with you to fully understand why you are there and how to help remedy the problem.
Dr. Ekstrum and all of his staff are by far the best office I've ever been to!! Leanne is amazing and goes above and beyond to do whatever it takes to help her patients! Dr. Ekstrum has such a wide, in depth range of knowledge that I always feel confident In his wisdom. This is that doctors office that I've looked for whenever I ask people for suggestions! I can't say enough about them!!
I walked into the office for my appointment to find the front desk receptionist and the rest of the staff, INCLUDING the doctor who spends 98% of his day directly in patients faces, not wearing masks. As a fellow healthcare worker who spends 8+ hours a day in a mask abiding by the state guidelines I found this to be offensive and unprofessional. I will be reporting his practice to the state.
