making an appointment was very easy. from the very first person you speak with at the office you receive professional employees. very thorough in their testing of your eyes. doctor is very patient and thorough with her evaluation. staff member that help me pick my glasses and get situated with insurance coverage professional. exit processing ran very smoothly. the office is conveniently located across from Lompoc Starbucks on Ocean Street. plenty of parking.
