I've had 2 visits with Ca. Computer Rescuse since I moved to Lompoc and both were superb. They came over and fixed issues I had no idea how to handle. Their fees are more than reasonable and they get the job done.

I get so frustrated doing anything with computers and Rob exceeded our expectations. He anticipated what we were going to need and made it look so easy. Would recommend him to anyone!

Quick to respond regarding my very old and tired laptop. Batteries had grown to 3 times its size, audio had gone south and a myriad of other problems. After a discussion it was determined to replace. Discussed brand, size, cost etc. It was a no brainer. Rob went through the old one and made me realize some software was really outdated. Scheduled with him for deliver and setup. Arrived, installed all of my data, told me and the wife the how to and thanked him. Rob knows his stuff. I sensed in his training a note of confidentially, honesty and an upfront trust. If necessary, without question, will use his service again.
