My husband and I have been patients at Loma Linda Optometry for many years. Dr Soderblom and his staff are exceptional. They are skilled, professional and friendly. It’s the one doctor’s appointment we look forward to. Like visiting with friends. They truly care about the wellbeing of their patients.
Wow! I mistakenly wrote a bad review about this place. It was intended for the university Healthcare. The owner clarified that and also helped follow up with my medical care. That is extraordinary customer care. Instead of being upset at me she helped me resolve my issue. I am now coming here to get the extraordinary care while getting new glasses. This type of customer care is hard to find these days. I highly recommend this place for yall your Optometry needs.
I am grateful that Dr Soderblum’s staff was able to get me in quickly to check my eye to evaluate possible damage. He takes the time to explain everything to me and set me at ease. He never appears rushed and is very patient. I highly recommend his office to other people.
