We’ve had a bit of an unlucky run with our AC, but the customer service and support have been nothing short of wonderful. They always take good care of us and are so wonderful to work with. It’s why we’ve been customers of theirs for years!
I have another review from 3 years ago (username nickname) and I'm still using the same company.
You know when you go to a new mechanic and there's a problem and they scam you and charge hundreds for something you don't need because you have no idea how the car works.. .. this company is the opposite of that. If a part costs $12 That's what they charge. They always fix everything quickly and for as cheap as possible. You can tell it's family-owned by the way they treat people.
I would recommend going with this company for anything HVAC
