AMAZING! AMAZING! AMAZING! Not only do I love their products but what an over the top customer service. I placed an order and realized that the total came up more than was anticipated as the prices are in USD. I emailed them to cancel my order. Got a reply in less than 24 hours. They cancelled my original order, placed the new one with no problem. In the mean, my original order was shipped by mistake. Bakell took full responsibility for the mistake and charged me only for my second order. No company nowadays will be that accommodating. Then there was than a problem with my delivery at no fault from Bakell but they still took over and one again resolved the issue with... read full review
