Probably one of the worst places I’ve been. I called ahead of time to ask about pricing and when I went to pay I was charged a larger amount. I was told my taxes would be filed the next business day and that they would call then so I could pick up my paperwork, but I never got a call and none of my calls were picked up for almost 2 weeks. I was asked multiple times about direct deposit, to which I set up with them, only to have to wait a long time and receive paper checks in the mail. When I was there nobody spoke or had a conversation with me, I was only asked for the information for my taxes. I would not go back.

She dont know about new tax update thats why she usually file wrong. we’ve paid fine to IRS just wanda filed our taxs very wrongful way.She is not compatible with new version of taxes after 2020

Wanda has done my taxes since 2006 or longer n she is the best. I hated when people would get me to go elsewhere because Wanda is more personable to deal with. I love her......She makes you feel on top of the world with her expertise.
