In the short time I have interacted with Randy from Town & country properties I have known nothing but prompt response times and friendly interactions. His rentals are in a beautiful neighborhood, equipped with natural lighting and a washer and dryer, and generously priced. Of those I know of who chose to vacate did so to purchase a home. It says so much about the ethos of a company to charge so reasonably in such a demanding market. This generosity gave his tenants the opportunity to save and become homeowners themselves. Randy could easily price this unit for double what he did in this market. Randy went out of his way to show me a rental unit within 24 hours of my inquiry amidst a personal emergency and for that I am so grateful! My application was approved in less than 12 hours and I look forward to my move in date.

Hello, I lived at the Walnut Manor, managed by Towne and Country Properties for 4+ years. I can honestly share that during my 4 years of living there, Randy always addressed my concerns promptly and ensured the premises were clean and safe.
