This place is so unprofessional! I was charged three times and was told I couldn’t even get a message until the payment was processed two days later due to their machine having an error.

I have a 1-star review only because the massage itself was okay. Walking in the place seems kind of questionable. Not the most comfortable vibe but it was fine. My 2 problems were when the lady at the register took my card and asked how much I'd like to tip( by the way this was before the massage.) When I told her $10, she abruptly said "no, $15" . I protested politely that I'd only like to tip $10 because I have not yet received the massage. If they had done a good job I would tip more in cash afterward. But she would not listen to my request and charged me the $15 tip after I had refused multiple times. Secondly, I've only ever been to one other... read full review

The skinny tall receptionist did my massage and it's the worst nightmare. She did just pressing a lot. You can't even feel a good massage at all. Wasted my time and money. I'm not going back here. They don't deserve a star.
