This place is so unprofessional! I was charged three times and was told I couldn’t even get a message until the payment was processed two days later due to their machine having an error.

I have a 1-star review only because the massage itself was okay. Walking in the place seems kind of questionable. Not the most comfortable vibe but it was fine. My 2 problems were when the lady at the register took my card and asked how much I'd like to tip( by the way this was before the massage.) When I told her $10, she abruptly said "no, $15" . I protested politely that I'd only like to tip $10 because I have not yet received the massage. If they had done a good job I would tip more in cash afterward. But she would not listen to my request and charged me the $15 tip after I had refused multiple times. Secondly, I've only ever been to one other massage place. At which, I was free to leave whatever clothes of mine on and they made me feel very comfortable. At Flowie Spa they came into the room and saw that I was not completely stripped and told me not to wear anything. I said I wasn't comfortable with that and they relentlessly requested that I wear no clothing. I understand if that is what most of their customers do but I would expect that if you boldly say you are not comfortable being naked they would listen. Overall I do not recommend this place if you are uncomfortable with either of the things I dealt with coming here. Never have I felt more uncomfortable and ignored.

The skinny tall receptionist did my massage and it's the worst nightmare. She did just pressing a lot. You can't even feel a good massage at all. Wasted my time and money. I'm not going back here. They don't deserve a star.
