Charas was great at helping us envision and implement our front yard. She was always responsive and the work was done in a professional and timely manner. They replaced 1200 sq ft of ugly with beautiful trees and shrubs at a very reasonable price. We've received complements not only from our neighbors, but also from deliverymen. We are so happy with the experience as a whole and, most of all, our gorgeous yard!
Can't even begin to tell everyone how happy we are with our new front yard landscaping done by RJQ Landscape & Design. From our first meeting with Charas Chapin to the final walkthrough we had a truly professional experience. Daily check-ins to make sure everything was meeting our expectations and work was done to specification. Any issues we came across were handled promptly and professionally. Charas and Bob were not only professional but also added the personal touch that made us feel comfortable in our choice. We have had landscaping and irrigation systems installed on two different occasions by RJQ several years apart, the latest being last month. I cannot say enough nice things about the employees, two in particular. Chandras Chapin is professional, caring, patient, and kind. She even helped us out on her own time! Allen Meehan is the epitome of compassion, understanding, and patience. My husband and I are in our 80's, and both of these sweet people gave us the time and repeated explanations we required. OUTSTANDING work and customer service!
