I was worried after seeing all 1-star reviews but it was a great experience. Carlos did an amazing job communicating ETA and installing our microwave promptly and thoroughly. He was professional and left our rangetop and surrounds spotless after the install. Thank you!
Ordered a combination oven (microwave and wall oven) from Costco. George came in to have it installed for us. He was on time, knew what he was doing, easy to work with and professional. He was efficient, neat and very organized. Single handedly he removed our previous oven and then installed the new one in. Thank You George for a job well done!
We had a malfunctioning microwave and we're told by another contractor that we would need to have it replaced. We ordered another microwave through Costco and had Pacific West have it installed. The specialist, Cody, went above and beyond in figuring out that the actual issue was with the breaker and went and retrieved a replacement part the same day. They did an excellent job with the installation, were super friendly and helpful, and walked us through, in detail, what the issues were. Would definitely recommend.
