I recently had a follow-up appointment after my back surgery to review my work status, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the care I received. Doctor Dwayne Wilson took the time to thoroughly evaluate my recovery progress, explain everything clearly, and answer all of my questions. I truly appreciated the patience, professionalism, and genuine concern shown for my health. The visit with Doctor Wilson was efficient yet never felt rushed, and I left feeling reassured and confident in the plan moving forward. I visited Adventist Occupational Health in Building B and was disappointed by the reception experience. When entering a healthcare facility, a friendly greeting from the receptionist can go a long way, but I didn’t receive one. After being asked to complete paperwork, I stood waiting to return it, only to be ignored while the receptionist assisted other patients without acknowledgment. Eventually, she told me she’d be with me in a moment, but the lack of professionalism and courtesy was noticeable. A bit more attentiveness and respect for patients would make a big difference.
